"This has been one of the most challenging years of my life but today I feel nothing but grateful and blessed!

After 25 long years... today is day 365 that I am free of bulimia. I am forever grateful to Shari Mitteco who taught me how to deal with the issues that brought on the eating disorder and to finally feel human and eat like a normal person.

“After several years of being diagnosed as a border-line diabetic, I have struggled to bring my sugar levels into an acceptable range.

I have, tried darn near every diet out there.  Some of the diets have been temporarily successful as far as the weight loss goes, but they all have given me little or no change in my blood sugar levels.  

After 6 months of working with Shari, I am happy to report that I now have readings in normal range WITHOUT any support from medication.

"Sometimes I think the universe directs our path.

I am a 63 year old woman who had horrible eating habits, was grossly overweight and a smoker.

I was not looking for a way to change these things in my life.  I had attempted to bring my weight under control off and on for years.  I had tried to improve my eating by avoiding fast food and reducing the amount of empty calories in my food regimen.  I had not experienced any long term success with anything I had tried.

I met Shari as a result of seeking a way to grow my new business by visiting a “Women, Wine & Wellness” event.  The universe was at work for me.
Something she said at the networking meeting resonated deep in me and I scheduled a consultation with her.  After the consultation I signed on to get started.

 "When I started working with Shari, I was at 342 lbs., and after the 1st month, was down to 331 lbs. and now after continuing with what she taught me (another 30 days later) I'm at 315.
I am now get compliments and stares from women and it's just amazing how I feel!
I'm able to eat whatever the heck I want but the "right" way and use Shari's food combining method to lose weight and not cut out the foods I love.
I still have McDonalds some nights when I work late and because I food combine with salad before the burger, I eat less but still enjoy myself and I feel good after the meal because I was somewhat sensible by being in control with portions and I still wake up with ounces lost from the night while I slept.
I am still going strong with what I've learned and I won't give up because I love all the attention I'm getting!"
